Instaurazione e gestione del tirocinio e stage

Lo stage o tirocinio è una delle prime forme esperienziali che permette l'accesso al mondo del lavoro. Normalmente, è instaurato con il giovane che deve effettuare obbligatoriamente il percorso nell'ambito curricolare, oppure con il ragazzo che, a fini orientativi, sperimenta un contesto lavorativo.

In pratica, lo stage o tirocinio permette al tirocinante di fare un’esperienza diretta, anche detta on the job, ovvero sul posto di lavoro, con il fine di orientarsi e formarsi e/o di accrescere le proprie competenze. Per quanto riguarda le aziende invece (qui soggetti ospitanti), lo stage o tirocinio consente di inserire in azienda delle nuove figure, senza ricorrere ad un contratto di lavoro subordinato. Queste figure, anche tramite l'esperienza formativa on the job, potranno crescere e apprendere, anche e auspicabilmente in un'ottica di inserimento lavorativo a tutti gli effetti.

Annualmente lo studio attiva numerosi stage e tirocini, sia su Brescia che sulle altre provincie italiane, e incessantemente contribuisce allo studio della materia attraverso numerose pubblicazioni sul tema.
